Having spent the last 15 years as a consultant focused on helping growth-oriented, U.S.-based companies complete IPOs on London’s AIM and as the CFO of a U.S.-based, AIM-listed company, I understand every nuance of London’s AIM and have built solid relationships with over 200 London-based professional advisers, most notably Nominated Advisers and Nominated Brokers.
